The Luxembourg supervisory authority imposed corrective measures on the company requiring the company to provide details of the data protection officer. The National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) considered that there had been a breach of the obligations to provide the DPO’s contact details to the supervisory authority and to demonstrate that the DPO’s other tasks did not create a conflict of interest with his role.
